Really enjoyed reading some of your articles. It’s nice to read some real news from South America which ,as you know, isn’t so readily available in the UK. I’m particularly frustrated by the lack of news which doesn’t hinge on disaster and/or drug warfare and highlights the social change and exciting political movements that arise in the region.
I’m a student studying Journalism at the University of East London and would love to gain some insight from you personally for my dissertation on the representations of Latin America in the British press. How the region is represented, what issues are ignored, how representations may have changed, and how definitions and labels have changed.
Any help would be greatly appreciated and would be great to hear from you,
